Refund policy

At TechSpark, we want you to receive exactly what you ordered. Please check your parcel carefully at the time of delivery.

1. Return for Wrong or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered or different from the product information shown on our website, you may return it without paying the return delivery charge.

Examples include:

  • Wrong product received

  • Wrong model, color, size, or variant

  • Product significantly different from the product ordered

  • Product received with an issue that was caused before delivery

Important: We strongly recommend checking the parcel at the time of delivery before accepting it whenever possible.

2. Return When the Product Is Correct

If you receive the same product as ordered and simply want to return it for any other reason, the return delivery/shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

Change of mind after delivery is not accepted as a free return.

If you have already made payment and wish to return the product, please contact us first. Do not send the product back without contacting us and receiving return approval.

3. Return Time Limit

Approved returns must be requested within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.

After 72 hours, returns will generally not be accepted.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience any problem with your order.

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be unused and in resalable condition

  • Have no scratches, physical damage, or signs of misuse

  • Include the original accessories, manuals, and other items supplied with the product

Products that are damaged, scratched, used improperly, or returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

5. Refund

Once we approve your return and receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 24–48 hours.

The refund amount and method may depend on the payment method and the reason for the return.

For customer-requested returns where the product is exactly as ordered, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.

6. Warranty

Selected products, including chargers, accessories, and other eligible electronics, may come with a 7-day warranty.

If your product develops a qualifying issue during the warranty period, please contact us with your order details and explain the issue.

After verification, we may replace the product, subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we will discuss the available solution with you.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Physical damage, scratches, cracks, or broken parts

  • Water, liquid, moisture, or excessive humidity

  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Accidental damage or dropping the product

  • Using the product for a purpose or device it was not designed for

  • Using an incorrect voltage, power adapter, charger, cable, or power source

  • High voltage, voltage fluctuations, electrical surges, short circuits, or unstable power supply

  • Damage caused by lightning, power spikes, or other electrical faults

  • Connecting the product to an incompatible or unauthorized power source

  • Overloading or using the product beyond its recommended specifications

  • Unauthorized modification, opening, repair, or alteration of the product

  • Damage caused by failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions or recommended usage

7. How to Contact Us

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please contact TechSpark directly by phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and photos/videos of the product and packaging when requested. This will help us resolve the issue quickly.
